The room was really comfortable, modern, and had both laundry facilities and a nice bathroom, plus the location was convenient being close to a bus stop to Narita airport and a train station nearby.

The room was modern with the bathroom, laundry plus toiletries, just what was needed. The location was convenient and quiet yet it was walking distance from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The lunch in Atariya only a short distance to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

I can not use the Emergency lights，I think it was out of power. The staff should check it everyday, BUT staff seems didn't do it.

Early check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, and they even provided toiletries and washing powder; the facilities here are amazing!

Staff speak English well. Hotel looks new/renovated. Reasonable price if looking for a place to stay. Close to Hon Atsugi station.

Best Experience Over Xmas: The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to find places to eat and shop during the holiday season. Additionally, the hotel is close to the train station and Starbucks, which was perfect for grabbing a quick coffee and exploring the area. The staff was also nice and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay during the festive season.

The parking area was quite far from the hotel, making it difficult to transport luggage and causing potential traffic jams at the intersection. Furthermore, there were instances of noise disturbance from other guests during the stay, which could be bothersome.

The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of supermarkets. It was also convenient for transportation to the airport in Tokyo.

The staff were always so helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and supermarkets.

We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast selection, it didn't have much variety and felt overpriced. Another downside was that there wasn't a wardrobe in the room, which made finding space to store our things difficult.

Convenient location, helpful staff, clean room, free amenities, fair price, close to shopping and dining.
